Testimonials
‘I cannot overstate the value of the work that I have done with Peter. His manner from the outset immediately put me at ease, and his patience, empathy, curiosity and sense of humour helped make a challenging period in my life understandable, manageable and ultimately a very positive - and learning - experience. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and guidance and could not recommend Peter highly enough.’

‘In all the years I have engaged in therapy with different practitioners, Mr Aston is the only one with whom I have made substantial progress, to the point where I no longer suffer the debilitating symptoms of my condition and feel equipped to manage my future. To describe Mr Aston’s treatment as transformational is an understatement; I would go so far as to say that he may well have saved my life.’
L ( London)
‘Both within the NHS and in private practice, I have always found Mr Aston to be a highly professional, knowledgeable and ethical therapist, who was able to build trust and rapport with me through his honesty, clarity and patience. Even through the disruption of the pandemic and the necessity to transition to online sessions, he was able to convey his compassion, empathy and positive regard.
Working with Mr Aston has felt safe, non-judgmental and validating.’

“I’ve only ever had therapy once and have been extremely happy with the results of working with Mr Aston. I have been in awe of the therapeutic experience and how much Mr Aston was able to help me process with his patience, kind support and empathy throughout our time working together. He helped me transform a very difficult aspect of my life and has liberated me from those shackles, allowing me to live my life in a freer and more present way. I am extremely grateful for his experience and guidance along the way. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.”
